Washing and softening process

The first cell is washed with a large amount of cold water flow → the second cell is washed with cold water flow → the third cell is washed with hot water at 50~60°C → the fourth cell and the fifth cell are soaped at 90~95°C (detergent 3~5g/l) → the first cell Six grids of hot water washing → seventh grid cold water washing → rolling water → eighth grid softening (softener amino silicone oil 10~15g/l) → rolling water, opening → drying

If the softener is improperly selected or used too much, it will cause water repellency of the finished fabric. Therefore, in the "softening treatment" of knitted fabrics for printing, the finishing process of bleached and dyed knitted fabrics should not be simply applied. Color fastness after printing, choose softener carefully, and formulate its dosage reasonably.
