How to operate a manual ironing machine

1. Pull up the direct pressure handle to fully open the heating plate. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on; Note: Due to the high power of the machine, the whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire!!!

2. Temperature adjustment: press "+" or "-" key to set the temperature, press "+" key to increase the temperature setting value, press "-" key to decrease the temperature setting value.

3. Adjust the left timer knob to the appropriate time to 10 seconds (the length of time depends on different materials);

4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter the constant temperature state;

5. Lay the transfer material such as clothes and its flat on the printing platform, then stack the pictures to be transferred, and press down the pressure handle forcefully; Note: the pressure should not be too large, otherwise it will cause the pressure handle to deform! It should be adjusted in advance pressure.

6. When the time is up, the buzzer will sound, then lift the pressure handle up, take out the transfer object such as clothes, and tear off the bottom paper.

7. The temperature of the baked metal plate is generally 170-200 °C, and the time is 20-40 seconds; the temperature of the baked porcelain plate is generally 200-220 °C, and the time is 120-150 seconds; the temperature of the baked fabric is generally 120-140 °C, The time is 5-10 seconds.
